Belfast Harbour has announced a multi-million-pound regeneration of Clarendon Wharf — hailed as "a once-in-a-generation opportunity" for the city. While Co Tyrone construction firm has transformed the former Unipork site into a thriving new retail park, and Antrim's Mivan has been appointed principal contractor for the luxury Grand Apartments at 1 Mayfair in London. Celebrations are also in order as a Henderson Foodservice earns the prestigious Platinum People Award, joining elite company. While four NI hotels and restaurants have shone at the AA Hospitality Awards. In leadership news, TLT has appointed the NI chair of Women in Property as partner, a new president has been elected to the British Irish Chamber as the first NI President steps down, and a Finaghy man has taken over as interim chair at Northern Regional College.
