| Claire Cartmill | Business Reporter | | It's been another fast-paced week on the business and retail front! IKEA is set to open a new pop-up store at The Boulevard next month, while M&S Craigavon unveils an exciting revamp featuring a larger food hall, extended bakery, and new wine shop. Meanwhile, a Coleraine home fragrance brand Olivia's Haven continues to shine with its third NI store lighting up Belfast city centre — and there's a new DIY store on the block which is causing quite a stir. In construction and planning, local firms are leading the charge. Henry Brothers are set to kick off a £9m refurbishment of a West Midlands police station, McAleer & Rushe have broken ground on a £52m Kensington office development, Graham is delivering a 720-bed student scheme on the site of a historic snack factory, and Heron Energy has secured approval for a £25m EV Superhub on the A6. And in our Love Your Local spotlight, former UUP press officer Bill Manwaring shares how he left politics behind to open Robins Hobby Café — Belfast's most inclusive creative space. As always, we want to hear from you!
