Nine people in total have died in the past 24 hours after testing positive for Covid-19. The number of infections rose by 840 over the same period of time.
The Northern Ireland Executive, meanwhile, will come together tomorrow to review the decision to close schools for two weeks. Classrooms have been empty since October 19 due to the current coronavirus restrictions.
